General Terms & Conditions and Warranty

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to our customers world-wide. The process is defined by the following steps. 

• Standard conditions valid for international deliveries of technology industry products, Orgalime S 2012. Standard Warranty is 36 months from delivery. Please note the additional Appendix 1 - Sanctions clause.
• To complete proper due diligence, we ask our new customers to fill in our Customer Details Form (see document section below). This protects our mutual interests and make sure that we are a supplier that can be thrusted on the global market.
• All business is made in accordance with our sanction policy (see document section below). 
• We reserve the right to at any time require an End User Certificate from the customers (see document section below).
• Shipments are also done with care to protect our goods and customers. The standard incoterm used is CIP, Carriage and the Swedish Microwave transport insurance is included our pricing/shipments. Standard shipments are made with DHL Economy Select (within EU) and DHL Express Worldwide (Outside EU). We also accept to ship using our customers FedEx or UPS accounts.
• We do not accept shipment to third country / part.

All SMW products are compliant with the following EU Directives as applicable, depending on when placed on the market.

• Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2014/35/EU
• Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU
• Radio Equipment Directive (RED) Directive 2014/53/EC
• Reduction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS 2) Directive 2011/65/EC
• Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation)
